Our client is recruiting top-quality Business Analyst’s talent to join a growing technology team reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer to ensure responsive new customer demands and can support go-to-market strategies and partnerships. The decisions and hires we make over the next months will ensure that we are successful both in the short and longer term in the company
Skills required:
*Mandatory – 5-7 years+ experience as Business Analyst
*Experience of SaaS, web-based and ideally cloud solutions having worked on new prodict features and enhancements *Proven commercial experience in an extremely fast-moving Agile (ideally start-up) environment *Effective collaboration skills with ability to transition between non-technical (business) and technical(dev-team) *Experience in shaping & developing new processes and practises in start-up environments *Hands on experience of the tools of analysis and delivery- Confluence, Jira *Strong written and Verbal Communication skills *Competent and confident in understanding technical solutions
