Business Analyst – Property / Housing / Real Estate
Responsible for designing and documenting business processes and needs in order to support customer, team and business growth.
Salesforce is the primary business CRM application in use.
Key Accountabilities:
- Documenting our business:
- Structures
- Operating Models
- Process Flows
- Defining future capabilities:
- Reviewing business documentation (strategies/business plans/metrics)
Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
- Industry experience in the Build to Rent, housing association, student or large-scale residential lettings market preferred
- Experience as a BA in a commercial context (whether in-house, consultancy or software house)
- Expertise in BA methods and processes (for example UML, Agile Modelling, Business Process Modelling, TOGAF etc) and ability to compare processes and recommend the right tool for each job
- Excellent communication skills.
